Artists Statement:
Claudia Calle is an eclectic artist who designs and photographs by instinct. She has the ability to see the world from a different perspective, catching unusual moments and situations converting them into distinctive pieces of art.

Born and raised in Manizales, Colombia, she spent most of her early years playing in her father’s design studio, where subliminal inspiration affected her in a creative way.

Claudia has mastered Photo Design and Visual Arts by applying the knowledge acquired while attending the best schools of her native Colombia, in Mexico (were she studied photography) and in the United States where she earned a B.A. in Photo Design from Miami Ad School.She has a passion for traveling and capturing lifestyles, faces and cultures from the different places she has visited in Asia, Europe and America.

She has had a vast career collaborating with a plethora of magazines, advertising agencies, and has photographed international music acts for the past eight years.
